2. Hosting and Data Processing

LunaArc is hosted exclusively on servers in Germany. We use Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Germany) for all infrastructure, including web hosting, database, authentication and file storage. Supabase is self-hosted on our own Hetzner servers — no data leaves our infrastructure.

All data is transmitted encrypted (SSL/TLS) and stored on servers in Germany.

3. What Data We Collect

3.1 During Registration

  • Email address
  • Name (optional)
  • Password (stored encrypted)

3.2 When Using LunaArc

  • Project data, tasks, and content you create
  • Uploaded files
  • Chat messages within your workspace
  • Time tracking data

3.3 Automatically Collected Data

  • IP address (for security purposes)
  • Access timestamp
  • Browser type and version

4. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data exclusively to:

  • Provide you with the LunaArc service
  • Manage your user account
  • Ensure the security of our platform
  • Inform you about important changes

5. Cookies

LunaArc only uses technically necessary cookies for:

  • Session management (login)
  • Security features

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools like Google Analytics, or advertising cookies.

6. Data Sharing

Your data is not sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes. Data is only shared:

  • With team members within your workspace (only content you have shared)
  • With our hosting providers for technical service delivery
  • When legally required

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: What data we store about you
  • Rectification: Correction of incorrect data
  • Erasure: Complete deletion of your data
  • Data portability: Export of your data
  • Withdrawal: Withdrawal of given consents

8. Data Security

We employ technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

9. Storage Duration

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. After deleting your account, all personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless there are legal retention obligations.

We may update this privacy policy. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
